Pat has served in the Vermont legislature for 22 years. That means Colchester residents have elected him to office 11 times. He represents Chittenden District 19, Malletts Bay.
He has served as the Chair of the Transportation Committee for 9 years. He currently serves as the ranking member of the House Appropriations Committee.
He is well known for his conservative, common-sense approach to government.
He has served his community in a multitude of ways as a coach, businessman, and more. He is a husband to his wife of many years Mary, and a father and grandfather.

Doug Wood has called Colchester home for many years. He proudly announces his campaign to represent Chittenden District 20, Colchester Village as a Vermont State Legislator.

A 7th generation Vermonter, Leland was born and raised in Mallet's Bay and proudly educated in state at Saint Michael's College and the University of Vermont.
Leland is a part owner of his family's construction company, a college soccer coach, and a mentor for many young Vermonters.
Leland will bring common sense policy and fiscal responsibility to Montpellier.
